Delete your account in the app

1. Open Lindol Alert and go to Settings.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

If the deletion option is unavailable, email [email protected] from the Google account you use with Lindol Alert and ask us to delete your account.

What deletion removes

• Your Lindol Alert account and Google account identifier.
• Your server sessions.
• Subscription verification records linked to the account, including the encrypted Play purchase token and its hash, status, expiry time, and latest order ID.

What is retained

Public earthquake records remain because they are not account data. Felt reports also remain because they use a random app ID and rough location and are not linked to your Lindol Alert account. Google may retain information under its own policies.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your Lindol Alert account does not cancel your Google Play subscription or stop future charges. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions before deleting your account.
